Gautam Khattak has posted a pretty thorough review of Holux’s GPSport 245 GPS cycling computer. What seems to set this unit apart from every other cycling GPS device is the ease of use and well designed user interface.
The device has a “One-Touch mechanism for saving a POI (Point of Interest). If along your travels you see something of interest you can simply hit the button once and it will mark the spot so when you upload your data log to your PC you can use the Holux software which uses Google Maps to show your route and there will be a mark for all your POI’s. You can also save the data as *.kmz files so you can open up your locations in the Google Earth application.” Combined with the Holux software you can generate an altitude profile of your ride.

Google shopping shows the unit is retailing for $90.
It seems to be a reasonable price for a computer with this unit’s capabilities; especially if you already have heart rate functionality on another device. If you’re in the market for a new device that includes GPS and heart rate; however, you’ll still have to spend close to $200 for the combo; which puts you within $20 of a Garmin Edge 305

Great hardware design, quick Satellite fix and rock solid GPS reception. The downsside is the botched firmware programming which is so bad that the device is completely unusable, Please take my advice and buy something else.
