I rode with Pinnacle Racing(a local Atlanta club) this past season and they went with an up-and-coming custom apparel manufacturer: Danger Racing/CCN Sports. The quality of the apparel is excellent and the prices are unbeatable. They have no minimum order and they will take your own design or design them for you. They can make everything from jerseys and shorts to arm warmers and jackets: the works. You can see some of their designs here.
I hit the deck goin 25-30mph in a race wearing their stuff and there was only a couple of scratches and no tears in the jersey or the shorts, despite my skin being rather torn up. I am not affiliated with them, I was just extremely pleased with the product, customer service, and price. Our jerseys were only $33 and shorts $42. Try getting that low of a price from Santini, Voler, or Nalini.
